Exchange / Return Policy:

At this time I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as vintage items are sold 'as is'.  I will specify if the item is flawed in any way, so there are no surprises. I am a one gal business, however, I try my best to make sure everything is sent out with excellence. Please remember, vintage items are aged, sometimes flawed, and have character.  With that being said, there is always room to grow and learn, and if you have any questions or concerns please reach out and let me know!  If you have an inquiry about your order please email me at, ky.gooods@gmail.com 

 

Shipping Policy:

Please allow up to 5 business days prior to your order shipping from New Mexico. All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created, you will be able to follow along on your packages journey using this email by clicking "view order." Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of any item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
